Education and Focus

I am an LPC-Associate with a Master of Arts in Counseling from St. Edward’s University. I work with young adults, adults, and couples, struggling with life transitions, depression, trauma, and a wide range of emotional and relational concerns. If you’re struggling with the emotional landscape that comes with neurodivergence and ADHD, I can help you.

I’m especially passionate about working with individuals exploring questions of identity, purpose, and meaning. Many of my clients come to therapy during moments of change, like career shifts, relationship transitions, losses, or times of uncertainty and work to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and identify a way forward that feels authentic and grounded.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. I believe therapy works best when it’s a partnership. You bring your experiences, insights, and goals, and I bring curiosity, compassion, and clinical tools to support deeper understanding and growth.

I draw from a range of therapeutic perspectives and am informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) all while remaining flexible and responsive to your unique needs.

Why Work with Me?

As a third-culture kid, I bring a multicultural perspective and broad worldview into the therapy space. I understand what it’s like to move between cultures, identities, and expectations, and I value the complexity that comes with those experiences. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and am especially attuned to the nuances of navigating identity in a diverse and interconnected world.

I am also a second-career therapist, which means I bring not only academic training but a depth of real-world experience and perspective into my work. I am deeply passionate about helping people and consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they build insight, resilience, and meaningful change in their lives. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or connection, I would be honored to support you in this work.

Areas of Focus

  • ADHD can impact focus, motivation, organization, and self-esteem in ways that feel frustrating and overwhelming. I help clients better understand their brains, develop practical strategies, and build systems that support success in work, school, and relationships.

  • Anxiety can show up as constant worry, racing thoughts, physical tension, or avoidance that limits your life. Together, we’ll work to calm your nervous system, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build tools that help you feel more grounded and in control.

  • Depression can feel like heaviness, disconnection, or a loss of motivation and hope. I provide a supportive space to process what you’re carrying while helping you reconnect with meaning, energy, and a sense of forward movement.

  • At times, you may feel stuck, uncertain, or questioning your direction, identity, or purpose. I help individuals explore their values, clarify what matters most, and move toward a life that feels more intentional and aligned.
